Finally, we were received by Sven Heinemann, the state executive director of the SPD Berlin. Mr. Heinemann stated that the SPD Berlin stands firmly behind Article 15 of the Basic Law. However, we did not understand how this aligns with Steffen Krach’s statement that, with him in a governing coalition, there would be no nationalization and no implementation of the referendum.
