The letter was signed by Mozilla Corporation, Engine, i2Coalition, Patreon, Reddit, Inc., Reform Government Surveillance (which includes Apple, Dropbox, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Snap Inc., Twitter, and Verizon Media).

The House of Representatives is on the verge of passing a bill that could allow the Trump administration to spy on Americans' web browsing history without a warrant.
